​You will know what you are paying for BEFORE you pay for it.
We strive to provide the best possible service possible. If you do not see a service listed that you think should be included in the membership packages please ask our team.  We also utilize an electronic medical record which will enable fast communication, scheduling and quick turnaround on medication refills. 
OTHER SERVICES
Other services available through other parties include reduced cash cost of:
  • complex labs
  • diagnostics: MRI, CT, Xray, Ultrasound, other
  • referral to specialty services

​~If you have standard insurance, your insurance can be optionally billed for the above services through the other party. However the cost out of pocket with my agreement will be either comparable or more than often it will be less.
~The fees for the services above will either be arranged by Thrive Direct or by the other party directly but payment will go directly through third party.
ZION HEALTH SHARE (currently on hold in the State of WA)
​We are proud to partner with Zion Health, to offer our members a sustainable, and cost effective alternative to insurance for patients ages 64 and younger. 

Zion Health is a nonprofit corporation with administrative offices in St. George, Utah. Zion Health is not an insurance company. Zion Health provides the framework and administrative support for a health care cost sharing membership program.

Zion Health works in conjunction with DPC memberships and reduced pricing is ONLY AVAILABLE for Thrive Members and Small Businesses. Enrollment for Zion Health is separate from Thrive Memberships. To enroll please contact us.
