Medicare & Insurance 
I bill for original Medicare Part B (Washington) services ONLY. I do not bill Medicare Advantage or other insurance carriers. Please see FAQs section for more details on why I choose to not bill insurance. 

Summary of FEEs

  • Walk-In FEE - $100-$250 +a la carte
  • Annual Exam- $250 (60 min) ​
  • Establish Care - $150 - Accepting only new members as this time. 
  • Monthly Membership $30-180/mo for Primary Care Service Membership
  • Additional prices for functional medicine, IV therapy and other services
  • House Calls: available to members and Medicare B patients only. (Others TBD $300-350)
  • ​$30-40 refill fee on rare occasion without visit. 
  • ​$10 Superbill fee if not a member

No show & cancelation policy

If you have a scheduled appointment and do not show up or cancel within a very generous 1 hour >> your card on file will be charged within 24 hours a $50 no show fee. Should a card not be on file, this fee will be required at rescheduling your appt.

You are able to cancel same day BEFORE your appointment between 8-3pm by calling or texting or selecting the cancel button on your alert notification sent to your phone or email. You will need to cancel 1 hour before your appointment to void the late fee. This is very generous policy. No waiving of fees. 

$50 applies to all visit types including Medicare original patients and members.

Yearly Opportunities:

  • August: $25 Sports Physicals Summer Special!!!
    • ​We now come to several schools in the area - ask your school if we are coming to you!
  • August: Coat drive—bring new or gently used coats, hats and gloves the month of August to be dispersed throughout the community for children and adults who need a warm jacket for Fall/Winter
  • September/October: Socks and Underwear drive: bring new socks and underwear for adults that will go to a local psychiatric inpatient ward where patients come to get mental health and treatment. These patients often only come with the clothes on their backs and many are homeless.
