Thrive Direct has always offered affordable Telemedicine visits through phone or video conferencing. Now more than ever we are utilizing these services to better serve the needs of our community and beyond. Telemedicine forms are now faster to fill out and available on the forms page. We have also just added a Telemedicine only membership to the list of membership options that are growing as we grow in services. Other recent memberships added are the Nutrition Club and Hormone Memberships that can either be stand alone or added on to existing membership plans. 

Telemedicine Membership List of Services

Telemedicine Only Membership is great for those with frequent needs for refills, problem solving and will allow you access to the provider via text/email/video same as normal membership. Registration is $75 and includes an initial face-to-face or video intake assessment and in-home blood pressure monitoring device. All other in-person appointments and procedures are 30% off normal prices. This membership does not include annual labs but you do gain access to membership discounts on these as well as in office testing and medication dispensing. This membership can provide for the majority of services. A specific Telemedicine services guide will be created shortly for this special plan.
