  • Walk-In and Televisits range from $75-150 with additional low fees for supplies and procedures due at time of service. See a la carte menu. Additional fees apply when outside of regular operating hours 
Walk in needs and televisits are always included in membership at no extra cost.
​Memberships range from $25-$80/mo
