FEES

  • Membership options start at $50/month for an individual adult member with discounts for additional family members and children of the same household (Children are $25/mo). 
  • Walk-In visits are $50/single issue 20 minute visit with additional low fees for supplies and procedures due at time of service. See a la carte menu. Additional time or problem for an additional fee. 
  • Televisit option available for $40 per visit for non-members ($60 for after business hours). 
THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE PLAN. We also do not bill your insurance and have nothing to do with your insurance. The lab companies bill insurance so it can be used for this purpose. 
EXCEPTION: Medicare Part B is billed as normal and can not be members at this time. Non-member pricing will apply to items not covered by Medicare.

Membership Fees & Payment Plans:
  • We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card at enrollment or walk-in visits. HSA cards can also be used for walk in and a-la carte 
  • There is a one-time enrollment fee based on chosen membership and number of household.                
​​Membership:
  • ​If you join after the 1st of the month that you want to begin receiving care, we will pro-rate your first month’s membership fee as applicable. 
    • Your enrollment visit could last up to one hour or more. 
  • You will not be billed your monthly fee until the end of each month, including enrollment month. 
  • Membership fees will be automatically charged at the end of the month unless paying cash also due at end of month.
  • Other reduced fees (eg. medications, labs, etc) will be paid at time of service. 
  • Prior to receiving care in our clinic, your membership must be current and paid in full according to the payment plan you select. 
  • Should membership be canceled at at point, a re-enrollment fee of $50 per member (max of $150/household) will be needed to be reinstated. 
  • If you choose to pay 1 year in advance, you will receive the 13th month free. Your entire payment will be placed into a separate trust account in the event membership is canceled and membership dues are returned (prorated) to patient less processing fee and any expenses incurred to date. Membership fees include service expenses spread out over a year. Example: annual labs are done within first month of membership and membership is canceled before 6 months of membership. 
Other
  • If the DOT/CDL physical (for walk-in) cannot be completed on visit day--such as those requiring certain documentation or studies--non-members will receive a 50% refund. This refund can then be used to complete the physical once said information is obtained without having to pay full price.  Additional $15 re-processing fee due at time of completion. 

Additional reduced cost services available through referral networks in Anacortes, Mount Vernon, & Burlington

Not included: Hospital admissions, surgeries, baby delivery and other serious illness/disease treatments such as Cancer and end stage organ failure, etc. 

Membership Cancellation Policy:
You are enrolling in a month-to-month membership. There is no long-term commitment or penalty for canceling your membership. You must notify us, in writing 10 business days prior to next membership installment. A refund will be issued less expenses incurred per the a la carte menu. 


Depending on circumstances....bartering is an option if financial burdens are great and can be demonstrated to the clinic. Approved on a case by case and visit by visit scenario. Please discuss your needs with Dr. Wilson.
