If you are Medicare Part B you legally may not sign up for membership. I do however bill Medicare part B only and can see you for normal in person and telemedicine appointments through normal scheduling. 
Use this plan if the adult ages are mixed between groups or if family units.

These Specialty Membership are not Direct Primary Care memberships. The following memberships are either stand alone memberships or can be added to an existing membership at a discounted rate. For those considering primary care membership sign up above under appropriate heading. For those who are just looking for specialty membership select from the below. For current members contact the clinic to add these packages to your existing membership.  
TeleMedicine Only membership is great for those with frequent needs for refills, problem solving and will allow you access to the provider via text/email/video. Registration $75 and includes an initial face-to-face intake and in-home blood pressure device. Additional adults in same home can register for $50. All other in-person appointments and procedures are 30% off. This membership does not include annual labs but you do gain access to membership discounts on these and in office dispensing.
